Harvest House Tavern sprouted from a shared vision: to create a dining experience that honors local produce, supports small businesses, and brings our community together over exceptional food and drink.

Founded by three industry lifers – Christopher Meyer, Stephen LaSpina, and Ross Gollub – Harvest House is the culmination of decades of passion, expertise, and a deep-rooted love for hospitality. Our journey began with a simple commitment: to give back as much as we receive, supporting local producers while serving our guests the very best our region has to offer.

Chef Ronaldo

Starting his culinary journey at 14 in his father’s restaurant, Chef Ronaldo honed his skills in top Michelin-starred restaurants in Manhattan and Long Island. Now, he brings his innovative farm-to-tavern concept to Harvest House, creating dishes that celebrate local ingredients and culinary artistry.
